In Japan, most companies require applicants to have a high level of Japanese language proficiency. Therefore, one of the first steps toward job hunting in Japan is to improve your Japanese communication skills.
However, some companies do not require Japanese language proficiency during the recruitment process. I-HoP will invite some of these companies to give you the opportunity to meet and talk with their representatives.
